fantastic stay!
central location beautiful furnishings bottled water
i found the location central. it was perfect for exploring the area. the furnishings were beautiful and the bed provided great comfort. the extra touches, like bottled water and tea, were also very welcome.
i noticed some paint peeling off the wall by the window in the bedroom, it revealed a lack of attention.

the staff were attentive and friendly. i had a large table and they managed it well. nothing seemed too much trouble for them, which i found excellent.

the hotel had a restaurant with fantastic food and service. i found the food portions quite generous. i had the sirloin steak, it was cooked perfectly!!!

the room was spacious and clean. the bed was large and comfy, a good thing. staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
there was some noise from the street below, especially in the evenings.

wonderful stay
central location amazing food friendly staff
i appreciated the central location with parking available nearby. the food was amazing and the service was exemplary! the lady who showed us to our room was the same one who served us at the restaurant and she was friendly.
the bathroom mirror had some toothpaste flecks on it.

the room was very tastefully decorated and had everything i needed. towels were folded into hearts on the bed and a lovely toiletries pack was provided. the room felt clean and spacious.

this location is perfect and situated right in the centre of the walled town. lots of pubs and restaurants are within a very short walk. it is just inside the town walls.

the staff were cute and friendly upon arrival and everything was explained well! our table was ready on time and the staff were professional. the service was fantastic overall.

Acceptable central stay
clean room spacious room extra toiletries rusty fixtures peeling paint spill marks
The room was clean and quite spacious. I found extra toiletries provided which was unexpected (a nice touch!). The location is really central to everything.
The bathroom fixtures seemed a little rusty. Paint was peeling off the wall near the window in the bedroom (a shame!). I noticed spill marks on some furniture.
